Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ROXIUM client portal at roxium.com (the "Service"), operated by ROXIUM ("ROXIUM," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
ROXIUM provides a marketing performance and reporting platform for medical and aesthetic practices. The Service lets an authorized practice view marketing performance, deliverables, video production status, milestones, and reports, and connect marketing platforms so that read-only performance metrics import into the practice's dashboard.
2. Accounts and access
- You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
- Access is granted per practice; you may only access data for practices you are authorized to view.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the actions of team members you invite.
3. Connected platforms
When you connect a third-party marketing platform, you authorize ROXIUM to retrieve read-only performance data from that platform on your behalf. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies. You may disconnect any platform at any time from the Connections page, which stops future data collection.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: attempting to access data you are not authorized to view; interfering with or disrupting the Service; reverse engineering or probing for vulnerabilities except as permitted by law; or using the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content provided by ROXIUM, is owned by ROXIUM and its licensors. Your data and content remain yours; you grant ROXIUM the limited rights necessary to operate and provide the Service to you.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Marketing metrics are provided for reporting convenience and may be delayed, incomplete, or subject to the accuracy and availability of the connected platforms. ROXIUM does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROXIUM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to ROXIUM for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by notifying you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
